The total floor area in dyeing unit is about 8000 sft. Besides machine set- up space, there is space for batch preparation, wet fabric storage. In order to dissipate the heat evolve from dyeing machines, the shed height has kept to av. 24ft. With enough window opening and air exhaust systems. LAB SECTION
The laboratory and office space has been set-up in between dyeing and finishing unit at first floor level. It has constructed in see through provision so that the activities in dyeing and finishing unit can be observe entirely from that space. This space is fully covered under ac system to ensure smooth and comfortable working environment.

FINISHING UNIT

Shrinkage Test Machine:
Shrinkage is the process in which a fabric becomes smaller than its original size, usually through the process of laundry. Cotton fabric suffers from two main disadvantages of shrinking and creasing during subsequent washing.
Stenter Machine:
The stenter machines used for stretching fabrics. The purpose of the stenter machine is to bringing the length and width to per determine dimensions and also for heat setting and it is used for applying finishing chemicals and also shade variation is adjusted. The main function of the stenter is to stretch the fabric width wise and to recover the uniform width.
Functions of Stenter Machines:
- Heat setting is done by the stenter for lycra fabric, synthetic and blended fabric.
- Width of the fabric is controlled by the stenter.
- Finishing chemical apply on fabric by the stenter.
- Loop of the knit fabric is controlled.
- Moisture of the fabric is controlled by the stenter.
- Spatiality controlled by the stenter.
- GSM of the fabric is controlled by stenter.
- Fabric is dried by the stentering process.
- Shrinkage property of the fabric is controlled.
- Curing treatment for resin, water repellent fabric is done by the stenter.
